Anna Del Barrio MA, LMHC

Clinical Supervisor

Anna is a bilingual licensed mental health counselor. She has master's degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy. She has over 15 years of experience as a therapist. She has been a clinical supervisor indifferent capacities and fields.

She became a qualified supervisor in 2014 and has provided supervision to registered interns since then.

She has worked in crisis, individual, couples and family therapy. Currently she provides therapeutic services to adolescents and their families. She has developed clinical departments and has worked in community agencies providing therapy to adults and children.

Alfredo Rivera Jr. MS
Registered Mental Health Counselor


Alfredo utilizes a variety of techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, psychoeducation, play therapy, behavior modification, mindfulness and relaxation.


He continues to seek ongoing updates to his skills and knowledgebase. Alfredo is invested in an approach emphasizing a more integrative, dynamic and holistic approach to mental health. He is particularly concerned with the impact of loss and trauma and improving intervention to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical and relationship health.

Liza Melgar MS
Registered Mental Health Counselor


Liz is a mental health counselor with experience working with children and adolescents with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues as well as histories of trauma. She has worked invidious settings such as non-profit organizations and private practice.

Liz has a nurturing yet direct style that helps you feel at ease as you embark on your journey of exploring and understanding your unique experiences. She makes sure to work collaboratively with you to identify your goals to aid them in building a life worth living.
She believes that therapy can enrich your life and relationships.
Liz's hope is to constantly create a truly therapeutic environment where you feel safe, fi nd empathy, grace, truth and healing. Her passion lies in helping you navigate challenges related to trauma, depression, anxiety, anger and develop healthy coping skills that help build your self-esteem and self-worth.
